Data we process
What you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, contact details and the content of your request.
Server logs (IP address, date, page visited), needed to keep the site secure.
Your display preferences (language, theme, cookie choices), stored only in your browser.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Keeping the site secure: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Analytics and advertising, if enabled: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Business correspondence: 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows.
Contract and accounting records: for the legally required period.
Server logs: 12 months at most.
Recipients and transfers
We never sell or rent your data. Our hosting and email providers can access it as processors. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta also processes those messages under its own terms.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to us at the address above.
You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy) or the authority in your country.
